When NG cosmetics manufacturer approached me, they asked me to design a cheap and simple product to help the hairstylists work much faster.
After some usability testing and site exploring at hairstylist, I found out that the hairbrush is what the hairstylists use most of the time, so I concentrated on how to make this simple product more efficient.
The final result was a design of a lighter hairbrush with the specific metal part where the hair comes in contact with it. The metal part was explicitly designed to absorb heat from the fan and keep it but not to get too hot and like this to improve the hairstylist's capabilities and time.
When designing the hairbrush it was very important to
maintain the same look and feel of the company and fast and low price manufacturing
